Speaking

Art speaks widely on the history of film, theaters, and the movie going experience over the past twelve decades. His popular presentations contain many images from his book, Boston’s Downtown Movie Palaces and other sources. He has spoken to audiences at the Modern and Paramount Theaters Boston, the Boston Preservation Alliance, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Brandeis University, public libraries, and over 55 communities across eastern Massachusetts.
